I am currently a sophomore at Hood College in Frederick, MD, pursuing a B.A. in Communication Arts with a concentration in digital media. My minors are art history and film studies.

My hometown is Cartersville, VA, and I chose Hood to explore a new area for four years. I stay busy and my current campus involvement includes Hood Improv Troupe, PRSSA, Campus Activities Board, International Club and I write for the Blue and Grey. I also volunteer at the Weinberg Center for the Arts in downtown Frederick as part of my HON 202 practicum.

Communications interested me because the field is so broad. My career goals are magazine editor, broadcast video producer or event planner.

I love photography and to travel and will take my passion abroad to London for the fall 2015 semester.
