Stress is not something that you want to play around with. If you have high levels of stress, you can harm your body. Don’t wait until you see a physical reaction to stress to get help.
Because doctors recognize how stress can harm your body, there are specialists for stress management. If you feel like your have lost control of your body to stress, you may want to check out one of these specialists. Also, therapy is a great resource. Therpists understand what is going on in your body and can help with the cause and effects of stress.

Whatever you do, make sure that you are comfortable. Believe it or not, your friends and family want to see you healthy and happy. If you do not want to go somewhere alone, someone in your family or friend group will more then likely go with you. Use your support system because you are not alone.
