Hood college baseball players have been quarantined

Sophomore Tyler Sims tested positive on Sunday Oct. 18 and has been quarantining in his home since being tested on Friday, Oct.16.

“I have been in my room in my basement alone,” Sims said. “I haven’t gone upstairs or left my room since Friday night.”

Through contact tracing, they have been able to quarantine other players on the baseball team and students that were in close contact with him.

As of now, no one else on the team has tested positive.
